  1. Cook Spinach and Swiss Chard until wiltes.
  2. Cool and squeeze out liquid.
  3. Chop each bunch and put in refrig. Can be done the day before.
  4. Chop green onion.
  5. In bowl add 4 beaten eggs, crumbled feta, cottage cheese (drain any liquid from cottage cheese), salt & pepper.
  6. Add all greens & mix.
  7. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
