Carol's Spanakopita

Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch swiss chard
- 1 bunch green onion
- 12 ounces feta cheese
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Cook Spinach and Swiss Chard until wiltes.
- Cool and squeeze out liquid.
- Chop each bunch and put in refrig. Can be done the day before.
- Chop green onion.
- In bowl add 4 beaten eggs, crumbled feta, cottage cheese (drain any liquid from cottage cheese), salt & pepper.
- Add all greens & mix.
- Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
