Carolina Reaper Salsa

Ingredients

• 6  tomatoes
• 1  small red onion, Diced fine
• 2 -3  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  carolina reaper pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced very fine
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped cilantro
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Directions

1. Core the tomatoes and remove most of the seeds; Place into food processor.
2. Mix remaining ingredients into food processor.
3. Blend to desired consistency.
4. Let the salsa stand for an hour or so before serving.
