Carob Whispies

Yields: 12-18 cookies
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup carob powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 dash salt
- 2⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine carob powder, milk, salt, honey, and butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Boil for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove saucepan from heat. Add the rolled oats and vanilla. Stir well.
- Drop onto waxed paper with a tablespoon. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator.
- Enjoy!
