Carob Whispies

A very delicious and healthy snack or tea time nibble! Carob whispies are so easy to make that even kids can make them with little help. My family loves these chewy, chocolatey no-bake drop cookies! Yields: 12-18 cookies

Directions

  1. Combine carob powder, milk, salt, honey, and butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat. Add the rolled oats and vanilla. Stir well.
  4. Drop onto waxed paper with a tablespoon. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator.
  5. Enjoy!
