Carnival Punch Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2  teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1  tablespoon  sugar syrup
  • 5  teaspoons  mango juice
  • 5  teaspoons  pineapple juice, pressed
  • 2  teaspoons  apricot liqueur
  • 2  teaspoons white rum
  • 4  basil leaves, torn
  • 3  ice cubes
  • 23 cup ginger beer

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients, in a cocktail shaker, with ice, shake well and strain into a sling glass.
  2. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a pineapple leaf to serve.
