Carnival Cruise Strawberry Bisque

I had this on a Carnival cruise once and it was simply amazing. This is a copy cat. :)

• Ready In: 8 hrs 15 mins
• Serves: 4-6
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 2  cups frozen strawberries
• 1  cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 2  tablespoons sugar
•  fresh mint, for flavor and garnish

Directions

1. Puree strawberries, milk, cream and sour cream in blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Stir in sugar.
3. Chill 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator before serving.
