Carne D'espeto (Portuguese Beef Skewers)

Ingredients
- 5 lbs sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 1⁄2 heads garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place sirloin in one or more plastic freezer bags.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour an equal amount in each bag; marinate overnight.
- If using wooden skewers, soak 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Thread meat onto skewers, then grill over indirect heat, or medium for grill pan on stovetop, until done, about 5 - 8 minutes per side, depending on the heat of your grill.
