Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 8  eggs
  • 14 cup milk or 14 cup  cream
  • 3  tablespoons butter
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs and the milk or cream.
  2. Over low heat melt the butter in a heavy frying pan.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Slowly keep scraping the bottom of the pan with a large spoon. Don't walk away.
  5. When the eggs are creamy just set serve.
