Carlos' N' Charlie's Tuna Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (12 1/2ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 -2 jalapeno chile, seeded and stemmed
- 1 green onion, green part only
- 1 piece celery
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- 4 leaves cilantro
Directions
- Blend tuna, jalapenos, green onion and celery in food processor or blender. Do not puree. Blend in mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. Blend to desired consistency. Sprinkle with cilantro.
