Carlos' N' Charlie's Tuna Dip

This is an updated version of an old favorite dip from Carlos' N' Charlie's a Mexican style restaurant and celebrity hangout in Hollywood CA.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1 (12 1/2ounce) can tuna, drained
• 1 -2  jalapeno chile, seeded and stemmed
• 1  green onion, green part only
• 1  piece celery
• 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
•  salt
•  pepper
• 4  leaves cilantro

Directions

1. Blend tuna, jalapenos, green onion and celery in food processor or blender. Do not puree. Blend in mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. Blend to desired consistency. Sprinkle with cilantro.
