Caribbean Tomato Juice Cocktail

Quick to make and very refreshing on a hot day. This has been adapted from Rita G. Springer's 'Caribbean Cookbook'. I never add the sugar. Obviously, you could add a shot of vodka to make it rather more daring. Show more

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the celery ribs, in a jar that has a lid.
  2. Cover and shake well.
  3. Pour into glasses and add celery sticks as stirrers.
