Cardamom Cookies - Kardemommekager

Cardamon cookies from Denmark.Posted for ZWT 6. I didn't get a chance to make them yet,so servings are estimate.

• Yields: 24 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  egg
• 1  cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup  melted butter
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour

Directions

1. Mix ingredients in order given.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Flatten down to the size of a fifty-cent piece.
4. Bake on a greased and floured cookie sheet in a preheated 350º oven until lightly browned on the edges.
