Caraway Wafers

  1. Preheat 425 degrees. In a medium bowl sift together flour, dry mustard, and salt. Stir in cheese, caraway, paprika and red pepper. Using a pastry blender cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add water and worcestershire sauce. Blend with a fork until a soft dough forms, adding more water if needed. Shape into a ball.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Using a 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter, cut out dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
