Caramelized Onions With Red and Yellow Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 each red peppers
- 1 each yellow pepper
- 2 each onions
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon spike seasoning (unsalted)
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Directions
- Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips lengthwise.
- Slice onion 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat oil in large skillet, add vegetables and season with seasonings.
- Cook over high heat, stirring often until vegetables begin to brown and caramelize.
