Caramelized Onions With Red and Yellow Peppers

Sweet, golden caramelized veggies, yum!!!

Ingredients

  • 2  each  red peppers
  • 1  each  yellow pepper
  • 2  each onions
  • 1  teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1  teaspoon  spike seasoning (unsalted)
  • 2  tablespoons  grapeseed oil

Directions

  1. Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips lengthwise.
  2. Slice onion 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet, add vegetables and season with seasonings.
  4. Cook over high heat, stirring often until vegetables begin to brown and caramelize.
