  1. roll top of chicken thigh fillets in pecans, pressing down firmly.
  2. sprinkle sugar over the top of the pecans.
  3. grill on a rack (Not a tray, or your chicken will no doubt get stuck due to the sugar.
  4. Serve with something savory, as the chicken will be quite sweet.
