Caramel Popcorn

Yields: 8 quarts
Ingredients
- 8 quarts popped corn
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Boil together the above ingredients for 1/2- 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- Pour over popcorn and stir well.
- Put on two cookie sheets and into a 250 deg.F oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
