Caramel Nut Fondue

Skewered cut apples chunks, pineapple, banana, cake, marshmallow, or other fruits dipped into a caramel, peanut butter fondue then roll in chopped nuts or toasted coconut after dipping. Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) package  caramels
  • 13 cup  cream
  • 1 -2  tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 -4  cups  cubed  fruit
  • 1  cup  chopped  nuts or 1  cup  toasted coconut

Directions

  1. Combine caramels, milk and peanut butter in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 2 to 3-1/2 minutes. Pour mixture into 1-quart fondue pot. Serve, heated, with skewers for cut apples chunks, pineapple, banana, cake, marshmallow, or other fruits as dippers into fondue then roll in chopped nuts or toasted coconut after dipping.
