Ingredients
- 1 package butterscotch pudding
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Put all ingredients, except walnuts, in saucepan; stir over low heat until dissolved.
- Cook slowly, stirring often until a tiny bit dropped in cold water forms a soft ball, 240 degrees.
- Remove from heat; beat until candy begins to thicken.
- Add nuts; drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
