Caramel Icing

None like it, exceedingly easy, made with marshmallows

• Yields: 4 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 3  teaspoons margarine
• 6  teaspoons sugar
• 6  teaspoons brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
• 10  large marshmallows
• 2  cups powdered sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients in medium sauce pan, bring to boil cook stirring for 2 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows.
3. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
