  1. For the sauce, melt the margarine in a casserole dish on top of the stove.
  2. Add brown sugar and boiling water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Mix all of the dumpling ingredients together.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls into the sauce.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
