Caramel Crunch Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 liter vanilla caramel-swirl ice cream
- 125 g butternut snap biscuits
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 80 g dry roasted pecans, Chopped
- waffle cone (To serve)
Directions
- Place the ice cream in a bowl. Set aside to soften.
- Stir in biscuits , cinnamon and pecans. Return Ice cream to freezer till firm.
