Caramel Corn

This recipe doesn't turn hard like some do. A nice easy way to make great caramel corn.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter
• 1  cup  firmly packed brown sugar
• 1  cup light corn syrup
•  popcorn

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in med saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Boil for 1 minute.
4. Pour over popcorn and gently stir to coat.
