Caramel Chocolate Nut Brownies

Ingredients

  • 20  ounces  brownie mix
  • 12 cup  oil
  • 14 cup water
  • 2  eggs
  • 1 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 8  ounces  caramels (about 1 cup)
  • 12 cup pecans, broken
  • 1  cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in large bowl.
  3. Stir for 50 strokes with a spoon and spread in greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. Heat the caramels and condensed milk in a saucepan.
  6. Stir consistently until the caramels melt.
  7. Mix in the pecans and the chocolate chips until the chips melt.
  8. Spread over cooled brownies.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
