Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup margarine
- 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Preheat oven 350°.
- Melt butter and let cool slightly.
- Stir in brown sugar.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla, then dry ingredients.
- Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
