Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored, chopped
- 1 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 dates, pitted (preferably Medjool)
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 banana, ripe (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender & process until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass & ENJOY!
