  2. sautee apples in 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  3. mix: eggs and coconut milk.
  4. add -- vanilla,and cinnamon.
  5. dredge french bread in batter and fry in butter until golden --.
  6. place apples on french toast --.
  7. drizzle caramel sauce on top --.
  8. for the carmel sauce;.
  9. 3/4 cup butter.
  10. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar.
  11. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  12. 3/4 cup heavy cream.
  13. melt butter,sugar, and salt.
  14. bring to boil.
  15. remove from heat add:
  16. vanilla cream.
  17. serve warm.
  18. dust with ground macadaima nuts -- .
