Caramel Apple Cider

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups apple cider
- whipped cream
- caramel sauce
- ground cinnamon
Directions
- Stir together the brown sugar and whipping cream in a saucepan.
- Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat 2 minutes or until bubbly.
- Stir in vanilla and apple cider.
- Cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
- Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of warmed caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
