Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- parsley
Directions
- Bake potatoes until done.
- Cut in half lengthwise.
- Scoop potato out of skin.
- Mash potato with margarine, sour cream and milk.
- Stir in crab meat.
- Put mixture back into skins.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- Broil until browned.
