Cappuccino Gelato

Recipe came with my Hamilton Beach Ice Cream Maker. Great for you coffee lovers!

Serves: 4-6

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm half & half and cream.
  2. When cream and milk mixture and is warm, whisk in sugar, vanilla, coffee .
  3. and cinnamon. Whisk until sugar and coffee are dissolved and mixture is well combined.
  4. Chill in refridgerator overnight.
  5. When ready to make ice cream, pour into chill container.
  6. Churn for 20-40 minutes or until desired consistency.
  7. Freeze longer for firmer consistency.
