Canton Style Spareribs

Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork spareribs
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place ribs in a large shallow pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
- Prepare a medium-hot grill.
- Grill until crusty outside, and tender and juicy inside, up to 1 hour.
