Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese, room temperature until softened
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- cilantro (optional)
- jalapeno (optional)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- and mix with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese and mayo mix onto a large platter or a 11 x 8" dish.
- Spread salsa on top of cream cheese mix.
- Sprinkle cheese on salsa.
- Top with the rest of toppings or your other favorite toppings.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips or whatever floats your boat!
