  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, chiles, and cumin to the oil and saute for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes soft.
  2. Add the butter, and then stir in the corn, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Add salt and garlic and stir well. Saute for 5 to 8 minutes longer.
