  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 2  teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 14 cup  shelled roasted, salted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) box  Archer Farms® Dark Chocolate Filled Butter Wafer Cookies

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta, sugar, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Divide among 6 cups.
  2. Sprinkle the pistachios on top and serve with the waffle cookies.
