Cannoli / Cream Puff Filling

This is a great filling for both cannoli and cream puffs. Not too sweet and a real treat!

• Serves: 6
• Yields: 6 cannoli

Ingredients

• 1  cup ricotta cheese
• 1⁄4 cup  mini chocolate chip
• 3  tablespoons powdered sugar, sub. granulated

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Fill desired pastry. Chill for 30-60 minutes until ready to serve.
