Cannellini Chef Salad

Ingredients
- 2 -20 ounces canned cannellini beans
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 lb sliced ham (slivered)
- 2 ounces salami
- 1⁄4 lb mozzarella cheese (slivered)
- 1⁄4 cup sliced roasted red pepper
- lettuce
Directions
- Drain beans.
- mix oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper together.
- stir in beans.
- add ham, salami,mozzarella and peppers.
- toss.
- serve over lettuce.
