Canned Tuna & Pringle Patties

My husband came home from work one night with this idea...it didn't matter what I had already prepared for dinner, he had to try this idea. I thought...GROSS...but I endulged him and well it wasn't too horrible. I am guessing at the measurements, but I think I'm close. Let me know if you think this is Recipezaar worthy! Show more

Directions

  1. Mix together the first six ingredients. Shape into small patties, like crab cakes. It will be a wetter mixture than you expect.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat with cooking spray.
  3. Brown tuna cakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until brown.
  4. Serve with some mayonnaise (or like my hubby prefers Miracle Whip) and dill pickles.
