Ingredients

• 4  sweet potatoes, peeled cubed
• 2  lbs ham steaks, diced
• 1  cup water
• 4  cups  ham stock
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

1. cook all together until potatoes are 1/2 cooked
2. pack into 2 quart jars
3. pressure cook at 11 lbs pressure 90 minutes as always check ball book.
