Canned Milk Frosting

Yields: 1 9x13 cake or two layer cake
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 (11 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Cream together 1/2 cup sugar and margarine.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat till smooth and creamy.
- Note: I have found this work best if milk and margarine are ice cold.
