Candy Bar Cream Pie

i sure intend to make this pie. Butterfinger candy bars are my favorite.

Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

  • 1 23 cups  finely crushed  vanilla wafers (about 50 wafers)
  • 13 cup butter, melted
  • 16  large marshmallows, chopped
  • 13 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton  frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 (2 1/8ounce)  butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. in a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs and butter.
  2. press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 inch pie dish.
  3. bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
  4. cool the crust, completely.
  5. in a small heavy saucepan, melt the marshmallows with the milk.
  6. cool.
  7. transfer to a bowl.
  8. add the whipped topping, crushed candy bars and vanilla.
  9. pour into crust.
  10. cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set.
