  1. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add milk, popped corn, egg, and butter.
  3. Add Canadian bacon, cheddar cheese and maple syrup.
  4. Fill well-oiled muffin tins (435 F) 20 minutes.
  5. Makes 12 muffins.
  6. Serve warm.
