- wash, peel potato if you like.
- slice potato from top to bottom until you get several french fry looking pieces.
- add 1 tablespoon of onion.
- add 1 tablespoon of margarine.
- season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap tightly in foil. Place on coals, firepit rack, bar-b-que etc and cook for 45-55 min until done. Turning every 10 - 15 min to prevent burning.
- remove and let cool for a few minutes before opening.
