Camembert With Port and Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup port wine
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 8 ounces round camembert cheese
Directions
- in a measuring cup dissolve gelatin in water.
- let stand 5 minutes.
- in a saucepan combine cranberries, sugar, wine, gelatin mixture and cinnamon stick.
- bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes.
- remove from heat and stir in orange peel and cool ten minutes.
- heat oven to 350 place cheese on ungreased cooking sheets.
- bake for 15- 2 minutes and spoon cranberry mix over cheese.
