Californian Cinco De Mayo Rice

Ingredients

• 3  cups cooked white rice
• 4  ounces  canned diced green chilies
• 1⁄2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease casserole dish.
2. Combine all ingredients and put into a greased casserole dish.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
