Ingredients
- 16 inches whole wheat tortillas
- 2⁄3 cup hummus
- 1 cup seedless cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup chopped radish
- 1⁄2 cup alfalfa sprout
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Spread tortillas with hummus. Top with vegetables.
- Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up like burritos.
