California Salad, Starring Salmon

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
Salad
- 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained and broken up
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1⁄2 cup red seedless grapes, quartered
- 3 green onions, sliced
- salt
- 4 cups mixed baby greens
Directions
- Dressing: In a measuring cup, whisk together mayo, oil, mustard, salt, pepper, parsley and basil.
- Salad: in a bowl, combine salmon, walnuts, grapes and onions. Add dressing and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt.
- Place greens on a serving platter. Spoon salmon over top. Serve.
