Ingredients
- 6 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
Directions
- cut cherry tomatoes in half and put in bowl.
- dice red onion and add to bowl.
- peel, seed and dice cucumber and add to bowl.
- crumble feta and add to bowl.
- dice avocado and add to bowl.
- add olive oil and salt.
