Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 2 cups creamed small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1⁄2 ounces dry onion soup (1 envelope)
Directions
- Place skim milk and cottage cheese in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes.
- Stir in onion soup mix. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
