Ingredients

  • 1  rotisserie-cooked chicken
  • 1  cup  hellmans  reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 14 cup mango chutney
  • 4  teaspoons curry powder
  • 1  jalapeno (optional)
  • 1  large apple (optional)
  • 2  stalks celery (optional)
  • 12 cup  slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1  large onion (optional)
  • 1  ounce cilantro (optional)
  • 12 cup  dried fruit (optional)
  • 1  cup red grapes (optional)

Directions

  1. Rip chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Mix mayo, chutney, curry powder, and any or all of the optional ingredients.
  3. Combine with chicken and enjoy!
