Calabash Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lbs small shrimp, shelled
Directions
- Beat together eggs and milk.
- Add flour, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
- Dip shrimp in batter; remove and place in hot oil.
- Fry at 375 degrees until crisp.
