Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups vegetable oil or 1 1⁄2 cups applesauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups mashed bananas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Make well in center and fill with eggs, oil, pineapple, nuts, vanilla and bananas. Stir lightly; do not beat. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or loaf pan.
- Bake for 75 minutes.
