Cake or Pudding Mixture

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces fat
- 2 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- milk
Directions
- Beat the egg. Cream fat and sugar, add egg and lastly the flour mixed with the baking powder.
- Mix to a soft consistency with a little milk.
- Spread in a tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- This mixture can be steamed in a basin for 1 hour and served as a pudding with jam or custard sauce.
