  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a dutch oven and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn.
  4. Continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes or until they turn pink.
